This detoxifying Cowboy Caviar bean salad recipe is so healthy, so easy to make, and so delicious – it’s seriously a must-try kinda thing.

Why Should You Make Cowboy Caviar ASAP?

Cowboy caviar has so many benefits, takes minutes to make, is packed with fresh flavor, and is SO good for you!

This Cowboy Caviar Recipe:

  • Takes less than 5 minutes to make – it’s a ‘dump’ recipe and the only thing you’ll make dirty is one bowl and a knife.  Minimal clean up is never a bad thing!
  • Is packed in protein, slow burn carbs & fiber but low in calories – Protein + Fiber is one of the best nutrient combinations for health and fat loss so you can enjoy this guilt-free.
  • This bean salad will keep you feeling full for hours, doesn’t cause cravings, and is great for digestion & detox.  When enjoyed as a side dish with a protein like beef or chicken, or when eaten while you’re irregular – the fiber in the beans helps you digest better and pulls everything that’s ‘clogged in your pipes’ along with it on it’s way out.  If you’re irregular this is a must try recipe.
  • Uses simple, inexpensive ingredients that don’t require a lot of money or prep.
  • Is a perfect quick and easy side dish, snack, and for potlucks and parties.
  • It’s also a great meal prep recipe!  You can make a big vat of this and use it as a side dish or snack for up to 4 days after making it because the longer it sits, the better it tastes.

I think know you and your family will love cowboy caviar as much as I do.

I make a batch of this on a Sunday to last a couple of days as a quick protein source & snack.

I use 1/2 cup of this fiber-filled awesomeness with hot sauce, to top salads, to add to tacos or as a side dish on a Mexican dinner night, and substitute for things like mashed potatoes, white rice, pasta, and French fries.

I love making this for pool parties, BBQs, and football & game day parties, too because it doesn’t have as many calories and fat as mayo heavy dips and everyone loves it.
