Today I’m sharing 5 healthy recipes for healthy and delicious deviled eggs.

Deviled eggs are a quick and easy snack, appetizer or side dish for fitness and health and are a great way to use hard-boiled eggs.

They’re easy to make and pack a lot of protein.  They’re great to make for parties as a healthy, delicious appetizer just about everyone will love.

Eggs get a bad rap and are unjustly accused of causing high cholesterol.  Eggs are truly incredible edible orbs of complete protein.

I recommend only using free-roaming pasture-raised, organic eggs.  Pasture-raised, organic eggs aren’t fed GMO grains so they’re healthier and better for you compared to in-organic eggs.

Plus, they taste better.  Happy chickens make happy eggs. 🙂

Enjoy the following deviled egg recipes guilt-free as a snack.  I like to use these deviled egg recipes for parties, BBQs, and the holidays.  They’re high in protein and easy to make. Enjoy!

How to Make Deviled Eggs

  • Hard-boil Eggs
  • Spray a knife with nonstick cooking spray (for easier slicing) and cut each egg in half and reserve the yolk in a small mixing bowl.
  • Mash the yolk with a fork and combine with the following ingredients.
  • You’ll see recipes for deviled egg filling below.
  • Once you make the filling use a small spoon or piping back to add the filling to the negative space in the hardboiled eggs.
  • For Bonus points top the deviled eggs with a garnish of your choice.  Paprika, tarragon, salt, pepper, and freshly chopped green onion work great.
