I can’t help it.
I’m obsessed with finding methods that help me get better results, in less time and with less exercise.
Partly, because my formerly fat self never really liked exercise. My inner fat girl always found exercise to be time-consuming, tedious torture. There are soooo many things I’d rather do.
But since, I’ve lost the weight and became a trainer, I know I have to. HAVE to. There’s always an inner power struggle between my unfit, fat self (she’s still in there!) and my I-know-better trainer side.
I compromise by working smart not hard and finding ways to leverage my time and trainer tricks to get better results from less exercises. That’s exactly what I want to share with you today!
