A full body fat burning workout routine for women who want better results in less time
A lot of ladies I’ve been working with lately have been wanting to know how to maximize their calorie burn. My answer? Compound exercises!
A compound exercise is an exercise that involves multiple joints and muscle groups. Think of compound exercises like multitasking. Instead of working out one muscle at once, instead, you’re training multiple muscles at once.
For example, the squat involves moving the knees, ankles, and hip joint and requires a whole-body coordinated effort, with the quadriceps, hamstrings, and glutes bearing the brunt of the load. As opposed to a bicep curl, that only utilizes the elbow joint and targets the bicep.
More muscles being trained at the same times means more calorie burn… which means better results in less time.
That’s exactly why I put together this full body workout for you. In it, I share 6 basic compound exercises that target every single muscle in your body.
See me demo the exercises in today’s episode of CCtv.
Full Body Workout Routine for Women
How to do this Full Body Workout for Women
- This workout has 6 compound exercises that target all of the major muscle groups.
- To complete one set, repeat each exercise until you ‘feel the burn.’ Once you feel the burn do 5 more. Ideally, you will be working in the 20-30 rep range.
- For the best results, you need to keep your heart rate up… so take as little rest as possible between exercises and sets.
- Do 3 full sets – of all 6 exercises – to complete your workout. You can do 4 if you want extra credit.
I recommend doing this workout at least once a week… along with a few of my other workouts.
Abs really are made in the kitchen! For the best results possible, it’s important to follow a meal plan and full body exercise program… especially if you want noticeable results, asap. Because you just cannot out-exercise a lackluster diet. If you need help I’ve got you covered.
It works if you work it! So work it, YOU’RE SO WORTH IT!
Leave me a comment and let me know if you felt the burn.
