BUT if you want to truly see your booty pop and waistline shrink you have to – I repeat HAVE TO – include love handle exercises into your routine.

Love Handle Exercises
How to do this Love Handle Workout
- This workout has 6 exercises.
- To complete one set, repeat each exercise until you ‘feel the burn.’ Once you feel the burn do 5 more. Ideally, you will be working in the 20-30 rep range.
- For the best results, you need to keep your heart rate up… so take as little rest as possible between exercises and sets.
- Do 3 full sets – of all 6 exercises – to complete your workout. You can do 4 if you want extra credit.
I recommend doing this workout once time a week… OR you can add a few of these exercises into your normal routine.
Also, (I have to say this)… these exercises target the love handle area. You cannot spot reduce fat.
Abs really are made in the kitchen! For the best results possible, it’s important to follow a meal plan and full body exercise program… especially if you want noticeable results, like asap. Because you just cannot out-exercise a lackluster diet. You just can’t.
It works if you work it! So work it, YOU’RE WORTH IT!
