Lemonette Vegan Salad Dressing Recipe

  • ½ tsp. freshly grated lemon zest
  • 2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 4 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp. honey
  • 1 tsp. poppy seeds, optional
  • Salt and pepper, to taste


  • Combine all ingredients in a small bowl.  
  • Whisk together.
  •  Season with salt and pepper to taste.  
  • Chill before serving.  


Chill before serving.  This dressing will last up to 3 days in an air-tight container.
