HEALTHY GINGER DRESSING RECIPE

Ingredients

cup
olive oil

cup
rice vinegar

tablespoons
miso paste

teaspoons
sesame oil

tsp.
tamari
,
gluten free soy sauce

medium carrots
,
roughly chopped
1-
inch
long piece fresh ginger
,
peeled and cut into slices
Coarse salt
,
to taste
Freshly ground black pepper
,
to taste
Instructions
Put all ingredients in a blender.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Blend until you achieve a chunky yet smooth consistency. Boom, you’re done.
