Today I’m sharing the best walking pad ever! I’ve tried quite a few in my quest to find the best one. And this is it.
Walking pads are a great way to burn fat and boost immunity and activity without much intensity. Walking is the least intense way to get incredible results… aka to lose weight, feel great, and love your life.
Humans are designed to move. And in the functional health and weight loss world, walking is – by far – the BEST most recommended exercise for EVERYONE.
As a personal trainer, I love walking because it’s anti-inflammatory and great for fat burning. Walking works for all skill levels, especially beginners or those with a busy, stressful, or sedentary lifestyle.
As a functional health practitioner, I love walking because it’s great for mental health, energy, mood, and hormones. Walking is a great option for anyone with health issues, inflammation, those trying to heal.
Do you relate to any of the following?
- Do you have a tough time hitting 10,000 steps a day?
- Do you struggle with motivation or finding energy to workout?
- Do you have a job where you sit most of the day?
- Do you have any physical or mental health symptoms?
- Do you want to lose weight and get lean/toned with minimal intensity and effort?
- Do you want to easily add more exercise into your life – without a gym or a lot of money?
- Want to get a killer workout at home – that you can do while you watch tv or play on your phone?
If so, then you need this walking pad.
This is the walking pad I personally use, love, and recommend to my clients and you! And no, this post isn’t sponsored in any way.
Why I love and recommend it:
It’s high quality! I’ve tried quite a few that were huge (even though they were marketed as small), hard to move, and the belt slid around. But out of all of them – this one is the easiest to move around, hide, and adjust. Out of all of the walking pads I’ve tried this one is the best quality and has all the right features. The walking treadmill is has shock absorbers and 5 layers of anti slip straps. So it’s comfortable and effectively reduces joint impact and protects your knees. It has a sturdy steel frame and can easily support a weight of up to 320 pounds.
There’s plenty of room to walk but it’s small enough to move/hide. It’s big enough to use comfortably without feeling like you’re going to fall off if you slow your pace. But it’s small enough to hide under a bed, coffee table, desk, or in a closet. Personally that’s important to me because I don’t want a big eye sore piece of equipment in my house.
It works on a remote. You use the remote to easily adjust the speed and start/pause the machine. When you click ‘play’ it’ll give you a 3 count countdown before starting. When you press pause, it pauses immediately and also pauses the time, step count, and other tracking. So that’s great if you need to take a break to get a drink or use the restroom. So it’s super safe and easy to use. The remote comes with a wrist band so you can wear it on your write or a lanyard… but I put mine in my waistband or bra. haha
It displays & tracks all the right things – the walking pad tracks a few different tracking methods that are cycled between a bright, white display… which I love because most displays are red and in comparison white goes with everything. Once you start a new walk the walking pad tracks time, distance (in miles), step count, calorie burn, and speed. I love this from a professional POV because all of these tracking metrics can be goals for a workout. So your workout could be 30 minutes or a certain amount of steps. You can also easily manipulate speed to see how it affects step count.
It makes it EASY to hit 10,000 steps a day – Walking at a brisk pace of 4 mph, you can take around 4,500 to 5,500 steps in 30 minutes. I walk on my walking pad daily while checking emails and in the 60+ minutes I would’ve spent responding to emails I get 7,500 to 8,000. I like to pair my walking pad along with this elevating desk. When I do I easily get over 10,000 steps a day walking at 3.2 MPH.
It’s GREAT for fat burning – Walking keeps the heart rate in range
It’s affordable – A good treadmill can easily cost $1000+ – but this walking pad is affordable and ships crazy fast. I got mine in a few days and set it up right away.
If you want a fun way to burn fat and boost your mood, energy, and health, then I highly recommend it!
